Oak Park

In October 2008, EADB approved a loan of up to USD equivalent KES 261,000,000 (Kenya Shillings two hundred and Sixty one million only) for Oakpark Apartments Mombasa Limited to part finance the development of a residential complex comprising a total of 50 fully furnished and serviced apartments in Shanzu, Mombasa. Upon completion, the complex will have other amenities including; a shopping arcade, spa with sauna and steam facilities, gym facility, internal courtyard, swimming pool and support facilities such as kitchen, laundry, workshop, generators and staff rooms. Other facilities will include a reception area, offices, lounge bar and a conference facility as well as parking space for up to 82 cars.
