Kigali, Rwanda, Friday 8th August - The East African Development Bank, represented by Rwanda Country Manager Janet Gatera, proudly awarded a Master's degree sponsorship to the top finance graduate, Francis Murisa, from the University of Kigali during the university’s 9th graduation ceremony.
